Peppermint Bark

Made this fun peppermint bark today.  Set out to make the snowflake version I've seen around the web but alas... no snowflake shaped silicone cupcake pans were to be found in stock.  Heard you can get these tree pans at the dollar store, let's just say I could have gotten ten for the price of my one at the craft store.  The verdict?  If I was making bark for a party I'd totally go through the extra effort to make the trees, (or snowflakes, when I can get the pan!) but for casual scarfing down, the traditional way is probably the easier way to go!
