Christmas 2011...

Merry Christmas!  Just a few photos for family and friends....

Here's our front room mantle with the refinished antique window turned mirror that I'd been working on before Christmas. Love how it turned out...

The slopes opened Thanksgiving weekend and we were almost the first in line at the lifts.  This one is a confident skier and is learning to snowboard this year.

My two favorite guys...

So gorgeous up there...

Decorating the tree...

Probably the last year anyone will be able to lift him over their heads...

Celebrating my b'day in Chicago with one of my dearest girlfriends (Thanks babe!).

Annual ginger house decorating with the family...

Two story cottage...

They are getting very meticulous with these...

Dad is off for a few days, lots of this...

Annual Christmas Eve run to play in the snow...

Fun for boys and girls of all ages...

Scary, but FUN!

You can see which one of them tends to play it a litter safer...

It was really beautiful...

Fast forward to Christmas morning (after a fun filled Eve with the family - forgot camera, waiting for people to send me pics).  Wondering at what point they start sleeping in....

They were very excited about the goods...

Playing an accordion duet, her with new new red one and him with his Grandfather's...

Later that morning, buried in a book with her new doll...

Learning to ride his unicycle...

For about 8 hours...

Still buried in her books, reading to Grammy...

Learning to fly his helicoptor...

Wrapping up and winding down...

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday.  Looking forward to the rest of the week and making more memories.  Happy New Year!
