Interesting turn of events...
Update - seller bumped us and we have until 9 pm to remove our contingency or let the deal go to the other buyer. House listed this morning. You can totally sell a house in.......15 hours, right? Already have one showing lined up. The whole thing is so hysterical that I'm feeling like if it's meant to be it will happen and if not, something pretty fantastic must be right around the corner... Wish us luck!
