This is our very favorite salmon spread. Tender flakes of smoked salmon, nestled in creamy goodness. How can you go wrong?
Seabolt's Smoked Salmon Pâté
1/4 pound cream cheese
1/4 pound smoked salmon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Tablespoon finely minced onion
1/2 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley (never have this on hand so usually leave it out)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients and serve with crackers.
