Mother's Day...

A Late lunch/early dinner at Maggie Bluffs felt just like old times.   Little bit torturous walking by and seeing our Osprey, who now belongs to someone else...   but fun talking about when we'll have another boat again, and the trips we'll take...

After wallowing in  the nostalgia that is Elliot Bay Marina as long as we could stand we headed over to Alki to play for a little bit in the peek-a-boo sun.

His gift was this sweet bracelet.  My favorite shrinky dink charm says ILYMED.  This is our secret code for I love you.  It means I Love You More Every Day.  He says it to me all the time.  (And it comes in handy when friends are around.) ❈

The beach calms them.  We try to take them as often as we can. We seriously need to win the lottery so we can buy a beach house. I will be buying a ticket tomorrow.  Wish me luck!
