Cash out - A Tenth Birthday...

Say you're turning ten - double digits for the very first time.  Say what you mostly have on your wish list is cash.  Cash is your life.  Cash would make you EXTREMELY happy.

Now say you maybe had a mother who would never settle for just handing you a stack of cash. ❈ Maybe this mother of yours wants to try to blow your mind a little....

Commence Project Balloon Pop!  So what if her lips were numb by the time she blew up 50 balloons...

Because inside each of those fifty balloons..... was a little secret. ❈

Imagine if you will, fifty secret filled balloons, one secured about every two feet.

All. Over. The. House.

To say this was a home run would be an understatement.  He came in from the bus, walked in and said, "Wow mom, cool decorations.".  And then... this incredulous look washes over his face as he realizes there is MONEY IN EVERY SINGLE BALOON! He couldn't stop laughing :-) "Mom, are you KIDDING me?" "Are you KIDDING ME MOM!" Then more laughing. These are the moments I live for as a mom.... when you get them when they are least expecting it.  He was hoping for the money, but he never imagined this. ❈

Ka-BLAM!

Going for a double...  POP!

He'd try to catch the money as it fluttered down...

Trying to get them all on one leap...

Breaking all the rules about walking on furniture...

A very happy birthday kid. ❈
