Mascarpone Mousse & Strawberries
1 cup (8 oz. tub) mascarpone cheese at room temperature
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4-1/2 cup cream
2 cups strawberries, rinsed and sliced
Mint for garnish (optional)
Stir together cheese and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Mix in cream until desired consistency. Serve with fresh strawberries and garnish with mint.
